Subscriptions

Please use the car park search engine by entering your city and using the parking list view or map. Alternatively, you can find a car park in the recommended car parks section. Not all car parks have subscription availability enabled due to the regulations of the car park owners.
In the subscription form, it is necessary to fill in the following personal data in the section on the left: first and last name, e-mail and telephone contact data, license plate number.
Warning! Filling in these fields is necessary to complete the reservation process. Otherwise, the "reserve a place" button will remain inactive.
To obtain an invoice, please tick the box "I need a VAT invoice" and fill in the necessary details.
In the section on the right of the form, select the car park and then the subscription package you are interested in. Once you have made your selection, the cost of your reservation will be displayed. Please double check the car park you have subscribed to: by default, the car park that was last viewed will be set.
Please note that the subscriptions are defined in cooperation with the facility owner and may differ or not apply to the selected car park.
If you are interested in staying for less than 48 hours, please use the short term (reservation) package.
You may enter and leave the car park as many times as you like during the subscription period. The subscription starts just after midnight on the selected starting day and lasts until 23:59 on the last day. When you drive up to the parking barrier, the following methods of entry are available depending on the car park:
Novotel Warsaw Centre: the system recognises vehicle number plates. If the numbers are illegible, this may take a few seconds. If the system sporadically fails to recognise your number plate, use the QR code that came with your reservation confirmation message. When you have finished your parking stay, simply drive up to the car park exit. The barrier will open automatically.
Other car parks: enter ONLY with the NaviPay app. The fee for parking in the application should be 0 PLN. Upon arrival, open the barrier using the button on the app. Please do not take a paper ticket from the ticket machine.
The subscription fee is the final step in the reservation process. After completing the reservation form, the customer is transferred to a payment operator. Payment is made through the payment integrator Przelewy24. The service offers BLIK, credit card and online banking options. Once the payment has been approved, a message will appear on the screen stating that it was approved successfully. If you wish to receive an invoice for your reservation, please tick the appropriate checkbox on the subscription purchase form or contact us via [email protected].
The packages have been defined together with the owner of the facility and therefore differ from one another. All available packages are visible on the car park subsite or in the subscription purchase form.
The purchase applies to a subscription at a particular car park of a parking space that the customer can choose from the car park’s pool of (unassigned) parking spaces. This parking space can be used by the customer who can repeatedly enter and leave the car park during the subscription period. Entry to the car park is possible with parking cameras and/or the NaviPay application.
The prices for subscriptions have been agreed with each parking facility and are visible both on the sub-page of a given car park in the subscriptions section and directly in the purchase form. At this moment, we do not have the possibility to buy a subscription in instalments or with deferred payment. The only available form of payment is paying the entire subscription fee in advance.
The package does not renew automatically. Please purchase a new subscription for a new term.
Please purchase a new subscription with a start date that corresponds to the day after your old subscription ends. For example, if you bought a subscription that is valid until Friday, you should buy a new one starting on Saturday (the old one will be valid until 23:59 Friday).
We are working on the possibility for customers to edit the purchased subscription themselves, including the possibility to cancel it. At the moment, both functions are only possible by direct contact, using the contact form at the bottom of the home page or by sending an email to [email protected].
Please note that the cancellation of a subscription will result in a 15% deduction of the payment the customer will receive as a refund. Once the subscription period has started, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
A reservation is for a maximum of 48 hours, and it is possible to choose exact ending and beginning times. A subscription –  in other words, a long-term package, can only be purchased in the option of more than 48 hours and for specific, full days – calculated from one minute after midnight on the first day to 23:59 on the last day.

Yes, repeated entries and exits are possible during the subscription period.
The QR code can be found in the subscription confirmation email. Place the screen of your phone with the visible QR code close to the reader located in the car park, next to the ticket machine.
Yes, to change your car licence number, you will need to send a new one by email along with the date from which the change is to take effect.
